We are young and enthusiastic entrepreneurs who rise every morning at the break of day without taking a break for the holidays or for vacations, energized by our passion for Parmigiano Reggiano and by our work of bringing this business forward to the future.

Our work and traditions have been passed down from generation to generation, which has allowed us to carry on a hundreds of year old tradition from this region and from our culture in Emilia.

Thanks to our cheese-making traditions, today we are able to offer you our best products, which are the same good things as from times long ago, as they have remained ingrained in the minds of those who know them.

We propose to you our Parmigiano Reggiano that is aged from between 12 months and up to more than 36 months, all of the hightest quality.
